GYNECOMASTIA SURGERY

This condition results from an excessive accumulation of fatty and/or breast tissue in the male breast. After a careful history and physical examination,  patients can be treated with a combination of Vaser ultrasound liposuction and/or direct excision of breast tissue via a small nipple areolar incision.  The procedure selected depends on the type and amount of excess tissue present.

MALE CHEST WALL AUGMENTATION

For healthy male patients who desire more definition, shape and contour to their chest wall anatomy, augmentation with solid silicone pectoral implants is a safe and reliable procedure option.  The implants are placed below the pectoralis major muscle via a small incision in the armpit.

A second option for male chest wall augmentation, projection and definition is  fat transfer augmentation to the chest wall.  Liposuction is used to harvest fat from the abdomen, flanks and thighs.  This fat is then placed into the chest wall region to create a more sculpted and defined appearance while adding size and shape.
