Dr. Tachmes offers a private, one on one consultation with each patient to discuss their individual requests, formulate a comprehensive surgical plan and address all questions and concerns. He is also available for telephone and email consultations for all patients.  Dr. Tachmes is on call 24 hours/day for his surgery patients.

Office hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 6pm

The Practice Patient Coordinators will arrange surgery scheduling and discuss costs, as well as review the surgery plan and answer additional questions. Fees are collected prior to surgery and can be paid with cash, personal check, cashier check, American Express, Mastercard or Visa. A 20% deposit is required to reserve operating room time which is fully refundable up to 48 hours prior to the surgery date. After that time, a $1000 cancellation fee will be collected.
